He holds a degree in radiography technology and is a graduate of DMRT. Mr. Abdul Kareem began his career in 1999 as a Senior Radiographer at Dr. Joseph's clinic before transitioning to a Clinic Manager role in 2001. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activities, including Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Business Development Officer (BDO) functions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Abdul Kareem has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, particularly evident during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. He successfully devised and implemented business plans to establish and manage a profitable home healthcare PCR business while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
