Dr. Aseem Riaz Khan is a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon with over 9 years of experience in the field of orthopedics and trauma. His expertise is in holistic management of different types of trauma in adults and pediatrics disorders, also providing treatments of various musculoskeletal disorders like knee pain , and back pain with diet and exercise related approach for long term pain management . He also has keen interest in arthroplasty and sports injuries.
In 2014 he started his training at V.S. Hospital which is a major specialized orthopedic and traumatology center in Ahmedabad, India. He gained his Master's Degree in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery in 2017 from Gujarat University, India. He holds, A fellowship degree in shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty from Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai, India. Over the past 5 years, he has worked at various prominent hospitals in Mumbai like Jaslok hospital and Lilavati hospital, followed by working as Assistant professor in Orthopedics at K.J. Somaiya Medical college where he was also actively involved in teaching and training both undergraduates and postgraduates.
Dr. Aseem strongly believes in communicating efficiently, treating patients politely and listen to and respond to, their concerns and preferences. He speaks 5 languages including English, Hindi, Gujrati, Marathi and Oriya.
